iPlayer is an IPTV player application. We do not provide channel content; users import playlists from their own sources.
- Data Stored on Device
The app stores playlists, favorites, playback preferences, watch history, channel load error markers, daily streaming quota state, and cached subscription status on your device. - Product Interaction Events
The app may send Product Interaction events such as app launch, playlist add success/error, stream success/error, quota limit events, and feedback submissions to a configured analytics endpoint. - Device ID and Technical Metadata
Event payloads may include a device ID, app version/build, platform, device model/manufacturer/OS version, language, and timestamp for diagnostics and product analysis. This data is not connected with personal data, and the developer has no ability to determine or track a real person from it. - Feedback and Reviews
If you submit in-app feedback, the text you provide is transmitted for review by the iPlayer team. App Store review prompts are initiated via native platform APIs. - Subscriptions
Subscription processing and entitlement status rely on RevenueCat and app store billing systems (Apple/Google). Purchase transactions are handled by those providers. - How We Use Data
We use data only to maintain app stability, improve playback reliability, and develop product features. - Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Data is shared only with infrastructure and billing providers needed to operate the app. - Your Choices
You can clear watch history from app settings and contact support for privacy-related questions. - Contact
